The P-valve is perhaps the most important accessory installed on any dry or wet suit. When diving dry, it greatly reduces the risk of decompression sickness as the diver knows relief will be available during the course of the dive and encourages plenty of predive hydration. When diving wet, it will help to keep your suit from smelling like the late night men’s room of any college town bar.
Light Monkey P-valves are available in three different styles: Tinkle Valve, Balanced Valve, and Non-balanced Valve.
Non-Balanced P-Valves:
- Delrin® Body with 2′ (60 cm) of Norprene tubing
- Unbalanced design with unrestricted access to surrounding water
- Stainless steel pee-through bolt with o-ring for low profile application
- Replacement stainless steel bolts with o-rings available
- Comes with medium condom catheter
- Available with or without Quick-Disconnect catheter fitting
